Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of postnod at usepostnod.com, which is operated by Zapx Solutions Limited, trading as Zapx Labs (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using postnod you agree to them.
What postnod does
postnod drafts social media posts for the brands you set up and stages them for a person to review. Nothing is published unless someone with permission in your workspace approves it. Approved posts are published through the accounts you have connected.
Early access
postnod is in early access. Features may change, be limited, or be withdrawn, and the service may be unavailable from time to time.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what is done in your workspace, including by people you invite and the roles you give them.
Your content and what you publish
What you upload and what is published from your workspace remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it as needed to run postnod for you.
Drafts are produced by AI models and can be inaccurate, inappropriate, or similar to existing material. Reviewing a post before approving it is your responsibility, and you are responsible for what you approve, including that you have the rights to publish it and that it complies with the law and with the rules of the platform it is published on.
Connected services
Publishing depends on third-party services and social platforms that we do not control. Your use of them is subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or for actions they take on your accounts.
Acceptable use
Do not use postnod to break the law, to publish spam or deceptive, hateful or infringing content, to impersonate others, to interfere with the service, or to get around its limits or another person’s access controls.
Ending use
You can stop using postnod at any time, and a workspace owner can delete a workspace from its settings. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken or if continuing would cause harm or legal risk.
No warranty and limits on liability
postnod is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost profits or data, or for content published from your workspace. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and tell account holders. Continuing to use postnod after a change means you accept it.
